The NSA went too far on spying. They crossed the line when they started spying on American citizens. It’s not in the constitution for them to start spying. Unless if I was getting spied on. I should know what they have on me. The government spying makes the citizens of America insecure. Plus babies that are boring in the 2000's they would not.
Eli5: Why does the US government want to spy on its own citizens? Why would they need or want to collect data from every US citizen even though the mass collection didn't stop one act of terrorism and what do they do with the information they collect?
